1. Candidates must have completed at least one (1) academic semester/quarter of studies at an accredited college or university

2. Candidates must have at least a 2.5 cumulative grade point average

3. Candidates must have completed and submitted the membership application (.pdf format), with all required materials enclosed, to the National Executive Committee via postal service.

4. Upon receipt of the membership application, the National Executive Committee will approve or deny the candidate for the Initiation Ritual, and notify the local chapter of its decision. The local chapter will inform the candidate of the decision made by the National Executive Committee, in the form of a written letter.
