Because Hermanos of Lambda Alpha Upsilon have received instruction and training to become positive and productive leaders of their respective communities. The leadership skills attained through participation and organization of fraternal events and programs are a great asset in the corporate world. Cultural awareness and pride are cultivated during the Initiation Ritual and developed through involvement. Our Network of Professionals assists undergraduates and alumni alike in their personal and professional endeavors. Most importantly, our brotherhood extends beyond the college years because the sense of family that is created lends to friendships that endure a lifetime.
