With two unfortunate factors working against us at the University of Buffalo, a fast decline in Greek Life interest in the late 1990s and the Alpha chapter high graduation rate, our Alpha chapter became extinct. With a legacy of more than 14 years of service to the UB community and the Latino population, the city of Buffalo has yet ceased from hearing the LAMBDA roar that still lives at the University of Buffalo campus, even after several years of inactivity.
